How do I place an order at Ros Horseshop?
Ordering online is possible by adding the desired products into your shopping cart. You can do this by clicking on the ‘add to shopping cart’ button,
of course after you have chosen the desired color, size and amount. Do you want to know what is already in your basket? Your shopping cart is always at the top of the website on the right.

Placing an order is possible with or without an account
Do you want to create an account? This is possible by clicking on the account button on the top right or during step 2 in the ordering process. When the registration is fulfilled you will receive a confirmation by mail. This confirmation will also contain your username and password. With an account you don’t have to fill in all your details with every order, and all your order are arranged clearly under one roof.

What do I need to do when I have forgotten my password? 
Did you forget your password? No problem! As long as you remember your email address it will be all right. Go to the top right corner on our website to log in and
click on: Forgot Your Password?

Is it possible to deliver my order to another address than my billing address? 
It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address. In step two of the ordering process you can indicate at the bottom of the
invoice- and delivery address that the delivery address is dfferent from the billing address. A text field wil;l appear on the right and here you can fill in your delivery address.

How can I pay?
You can select a payment method during step three of the ordering process. It is possible to pay by iDeal, SOFORT Banking or Mister Cash. When you have chosen a payment method you will be redirected to your own bank where 
a payment order will be ready for you. Your bank will ask you to fill a couple of details in and then you need to authorize the payment. The amount will be debited directly from your payment account.

Will my payment occur safely?
We will do everything to process your payment as safely as possible. 

Package lost
You will receive a track and trace code as soon as your order has been shipped, with this code you can see when your order will be delivered. If it happens that your order has not been delivered on that day than contact us on 0224-542593
or send an e-mail to info@rosruitersport.nl, always mention your order number. We will start an investigation at the shipping company..

Transferring money by bank
You can transfer your payment by bank.
Always mention the order number in the description.

When will I receive my refund when returning my order
You will receive your payment back within 3 weeks of returning the items. But only if it meets the following points:

1. The prouct is clean, there are no hairs on the product
2. The product is in the same undamaged packaging
3. The return form is included

The money will be refunded in the same way as you have transferred the money to us. The shipping costs will be refunded as well.

Do you want to exchange the product? The same conditions will apply, we will send the replacement product free of charge.
