Exchange and Return

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not satisfied, or the purchased item does not fit well, we will offer you the possibility of returning or exchanging the product.

  • Purchased items can be exchanged or returned up to 14 days after purchase. Exchanges and returns can only be processed with a receipt / proof of purchase.
  • We will only take items back that are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging
  • You can not exchange or return specially ordered or customized items
  • Returns because of a complaint or guarantee will only be taken in account of the product is clean.
  • All products have a one year manafacturer warranty, on condition that the proof of purchase can be presented
  • The manafacturer warranty only covers manufacturing faults, material flaws and  stitching. Rhinestones, zippers and damages because of wear and tear are not covered by the manafacturer warranty
  • will asses if a product will be replaced, reimbursed or repaired

    Note: We can not process the exchange/return without a proof of purchase

Cancellation or Returns?


Cancelling an order is free of charge when the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
If you cancel your order when it has already been shipped then you need to refuse the package upon delivery. We will reimburse the purchase costs when we have received the return shipment, the shipping costs will be deducted. But only if you have refused the order at the door and left it unopened by the delivery person.


You have a ‘cooling-off period’ of 14 working days to return a product without giving a reason why. Exeptions hereby are product that are specially order for you or custom made. The 14 days start on the day of delivery. The product needs to be returned undamaged and clean with the original and undamaged packaging. We can not process items without a return slip.

Do you want to return the entire order? Items that have already been received must be returned tot he return address below. Roshorseshop will reimburse the entire purchase prise, including the shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning are for your account.
You won’t pay any new shipping costs when exchanging an item.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns need to be made known in writing to Roshorseshop. You do this by adding the completed return form.

You can return the products by buying a package stamp at the post office. Always add the fully completed return form. The purchase price will be refunded to you within a maximum of 30 days.
